At Valiant Scent, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns of opened items.
Opened Items: We understand that scent preference can be subjective, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Unopened Items: For unopened items in their original packaging, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
